Important Information

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25–$100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the service booked and will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

We want every client to leave loving their hair. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to resolve any genuine issues.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so we can get you settled in and ready to begin. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Some services, including colour corrections, major transformations, keratin smoothing treatments and hair extensions, require a consultation before booking. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, our team is always happy to help.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice will have their deposit transferred to a future booking.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their deposit.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be invoiced for 50% of the booked service value. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

As a small business, appointment times are reserved especially for you. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time, just as we respect yours.
